Reach Nebraska

R stands for Revitalization.

Reach works to revitalize churches because healthy churches are not only productive, they are reproductive: able to reach the harvest.  To do this we partner with pastors all over the state, helping them to breathe new life and vitality into their fellowships so that they may be healthy and effective. 

E stands for Equip. 

We help men and women who have a call on their life by equipping them to fulfill their calling.  We do this through Master’s Commission, The Berean School of the Bible, and through Bible Colleges. 

A stands for Assessment. 

We assess each minister by looking closely at their past experience, skills and temperament, allowing us to place them in the most beneficial ministry for their gifting set.   

C stands for Coaching,

We use one on one coaching with existing pastors, as well as group training programs like Next Step which allow us to coach many more church leaders across the state.  

H stands for Harvest.

Because after all that is the desire of Reach.  We want to see a harvest in each of our existing churches as well as in every new church plant.
